What is Coliving at Livko?
Perfect for digital nomads, remote workers, students, interns, new arrivlals & expats, young professionals & key workers, anyone who’s tired of overpriced rentals and lonely living arrangements. Our homes are strategically located near major urban centers, offering the ideal balance of personal space and community connection.
Each Livko home features shared spaces—kitchens, lounges, and laundries—alongside private rooms. Our properties accommodate 2-3 residents in intimate settings.
How do you select residents?
We believe in people first. Every applicant receives a personal call from our team, who are trained to assess compatibility and shared values. We’re building positive communities your next best friend might already live here!
What's the minimum stay
We require a three-month minimum commitment to start. After your initial period, you have complete flexibility, renew your stay or leave with just one month’s notice.
For select properties, we also offer shorter-term options with a 30-day minimum stay.
Who takes care of maintenance?
You and your housemates share responsibility for keeping spaces tidy and respectful. Our professional cleaner handles common areas.
Personal cleanliness matters, dishes are your responsibility, and prompt cleanup maintains house harmony. We arrange garden maintenance for properties with outdoor spaces.
